Quick response and technical support
● 7x24 hour hotline: provide 24/7 telephone/online technical consultation (customer service number: 400-862-1109).

● Remote diagnosis: troubleshoot faults remotely by phone or video to shorten the problem resolution cycle.
● On-site support: promise to arrive in major cities within 48 hours, remote areas within 72 hours.
Equipment maintenance and calibration
● Calibration services: provide sensor calibration, data verification and report according to national standards or customer requirements.
● Preventive maintenance: replace wear and tear parts (such as sensors), clean sensors and pipelines, and extend the service life of equipment.
Maintenance and spare parts support
● Original spare parts inventory: Shanghai warehouse reserves core components such as instruments, sensors and circuit boards to ensure quick replacement.
● Maintenance service: provide faulty machines for return to the factory for
maintenance or on-site maintenance, and issue a test report after repair.
● Trade-in: A depreciation replacement program is launched for old equipment to reduce customer upgrade costs.
● Operation training: on-site guidance of instrument operation, daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
● Technical seminars: annual industry application case sharing sessions to deliver the latest water quality monitoring technology.
B.Value-added services (customized on demand)
● Industry customized solutions: for environmental monitoring, municipal sewage, industrial wastewater and other scenarios, provide instrument selection optimization and system integration suggestions.
● Compliance support: assist customers to pass environmental protection acceptance, provide equipment calibration certificate, CNAS certification report and other documents.
● Recycling of old equipment: recycling and processing services for waste instruments in line with Chinese environmental protection laws and regulations.
C. Service Commitment
● Warranty policy: the whole machine is free of charge for one year (non-human damage, consumables are not covered by warranty), and the core controller is extended to two years.
● Transparent charges: free service during the warranty period; detailed quotation after the warranty period to eliminate hidden costs.
● Satisfaction tracking: return visit within 72 hours after service completion, and annual customer satisfaction survey to continuously optimize the service.
